I'll start.
My name's Cody, and I have a few goals I'm chasing at the moment.

There's a calisthenics circuit I'd like to complete for 15 rounds (600 total reps) in 30 minutes.
I'd also like to keep pushing my bodyweight sandbag box squat reps further!

Hello my name is Ben and I am a sandbag addict.

Long term I want to shoulder 120kg (1.5x my bodyweight, roughly). My best right now is 80kg so I've got a fair ways to go.

Haha a sandbag addict I think I can relate to that! Your progress has been speeding up like crazy recently with those box squats and the shoulder PRs, I see 120 incoming no doubt!!
