Calisthenics circuit training is designed to wear you down quickly and hold you there. Imagine the final mile of a five mile run. You're exhausted, winded, and the only thing driving you forward is sheer power of will.
Now imagine that final mile is full of obstacles.
With four miles already behind you, rather than a simple run to the finish line, you have to make your way up and over things, under things and around them, jumping, crawling, climbing, pushing, bending, calling on strength you didn't know you have from somewhere deep inside yourself, all the while fighting the constant reminder playing on repeat in your head:
