Now imagine that final mile is full of obstacles.

With four miles already behind you, rather than a simple run to the finish line, you have to make your way up and over things, under things and around them, jumping, crawling, climbing, pushing, bending, calling on strength you didn't know you have from somewhere deep inside yourself, all the while fighting the constant reminder playing on repeat in your head:

The Sandbag Hypertrophy Mindset

Sandbag Hypertrophy isn’t like most muscle building programs. The mindset behind it is completely different. In fact, while the program does build muscle, a lot of it, muscle and hypertrophy probably won’t even be on your mind at all.
That's for one reason: The Sandbag to Shoulder. That’s what the program is really about. Moving a sandbag from the ground to the shoulder like it’s your sport.
